Prices

8% of the selling price

To further highlight your listings, there are a number of optional features to choose from. These optional features are billed per listing period, regardless of whether the property has been sold or not. Renewed listings and automatic renewals are billed as new listing periods.

All prices are listed excluding sales tax.

If you publish more than 500 ads during a single billing period (from the first to the last day of the month), you will be charged either 2.40 SEK or 8 SEK per unsold ad, depending on the category, starting with ad number 501. Reactivated ads and automatic renewals count as new ad periods. The following categories have a 2.40 kr unsold fee:

Other categories are subject to an unsold item fee of 8 kr.

Shipping

DSV

DHL Express

  • Traceable for buyers and sellers.
  • Delivery of agent packages worldwide.
  • Insurance coverage of up to 200,000 SEK.

Instabox

  • Deliveries within Sweden to a package locker

Through Tradera’s agreement with DSV, we can offer pickup and crates for packing items for larger sales volumes at no extra cost. A minimum of five packages per pickup is required, and the location must be accessible to a truck. The address listed on your Tradera account must match the pickup address.

Shipping within the EU

When you sell within the EU and offer shipping via DSV, Postnord, and DHL, the booking and payment process works the same way as it does within Sweden. The shipping price is calculated automatically based on the weight you’ve selected and the recipient’s country.

Once you've received payment and booked the shipment, simply print the shipping label as usual and drop it off at your nearest shipping agent, or print the shipping label at the shipping agent's location using the QR code.

Shipping Outside the EU

Worldwide shipping is now available for agent-handled packages via DHL Express.

For other shipping options outside the EU, you’ll need to check the shipping cost and update it before the buyer pays, or you can arrange payment for the shipping outside of Tradera. In these cases, you’ll also need to book the shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Below you will find examples of what you can write in your ad description regarding terms of purchase and delivery.

Condition
The description of each listing specifies whether the item is new or used. The item is sold as shown in the photos and as described in any defect description.

Payment
We use Traderabetalning, which means that as a buyer, you can choose to pay with Swish, VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly, or Klarna. The listing must be paid for within X days, and we reserve the right to cancel purchases that are not paid for within the specified time.

Shipping & Combined Shipping
All of our items are shipped via XX and/or XX (shipping companies). Packages are shipped with tracking and insurance via XX and/or XX (shipping companies) within the EU. We offer combined shipping when purchasing multiple items.

Pickup
Pickup must take place within X days at the latest, as agreed. Payment must be made before pickup via Traderabetalning. We reserve the right to cancel purchases that are not picked up within the specified time.

Return
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59). Please contact us via Messages on Tradera to notify us of a return. Price tags and other markings must remain on the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days. If the item is damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Trader payment

To make things easier for both buyers and sellers, we’ve combined several popular payment options* into a single service: Traderabetalning. This means that all listings offer the same payment options to buyers, without requiring sellers to register with multiple different services.
  • You offer more payment options without having to create extra accounts.
  • No matter how your buyer chooses to pay, the money will be deposited in the account you specify.
  • You can choose whether you want to receive payments directly via Swish, or on a recurring basis every weekday, weekly, or monthly.
  • No transaction costs for you as a seller.
  • Shop directly using your balance.
  • Your buyers can buy on invoice without you having to spend the money.
  • You can choose the payment method that works best for you.
  • Pay directly or by invoice.
  • No hassle, same payment method on all ads.

How do the different ad formats work?

  • The auction begins when you click "Publish."
  • You choose how long the auction will last—at least 3 days, up to 14 days.
  • The end time of the auction will be the same as the start time.
  • The current leading bid is always visible to you as well as to other potential bidders.
  • When the auction ends, the highest bidder wins.
  • You can add only one (1) item to the inventory balance for auction listings.
  • In unsold auctions, potential buyers can submit price offers for the seller to accept or reject.
  • "Buy Now" listings remain active for 60 days, unless they are sold before then.
  • Bidding is not allowed. As soon as someone chooses to buy the item, the listing disappears.
  • You can add only one (1) item to the inventory balance for "Buy Now" listings.
  • In "Buy Now" listings, potential buyers can submit price offers for the seller to accept or reject.
  • To post a store listing, you need to have a store on Tradera.
  • Store listings remain active until you choose to end them, or until the inventory balance reaches 0.
  • Store listings always have a fixed price.
  • Store listings can only be published through ProLister or Sello.
  • No unsold item fees are charged for store listings.

Add "Store" to your business account

With "Butik," you'll have access to many store listings (fixed price, not auction-based), in addition to the 500 listings that are always included with a business account.

Other benefits of the shop:

  • Your alias will be searchable in the search bar on the Tradera homepage.

  • Shoppers can add multiple listings to their cart and check out through payment at the same time.

  • Store listings do not need to be restarted and you can add stock balances.

  • Possibility to add more information about you as a seller under Info in your profile.

  • Settings related to your store and the publication of store ads are managed through ProLister or Sello.

VWe limit our stores to businesses that sell used and secondhand items, since Tradera is primarily a circular marketplace. In other words, selling new items in a store is not permitted.
